MODULE 1

 

The Shifting & Evolving Business Landscape

We start our journey at 30,000 feet as we trace the evolution and intersection of Business, Innovation and Humanity.  

We review the transformation of the business landscape, and how business has - and hasn’t - evolved and adapted as it tries to keep up with growing consumer sovereignty, a changing world, and an Exponential Age.

 

We use our vantage point to explore:

Reframe Business Growth & Navigation

We return to earth to review the First Principles of Business Growth and Navigation, with a spotlight on how Business monitors Progress and Performance over time. 

We highlight the gaps in the current strategic navigation toolbox and reveal the inputs and insights we need to plot the path to a more dynamic tomorrow.

 

We recalibrate our strategic radar to reveal:

In order to move forward, you need to start by knowing where you are!   

In this module we reset the Business Clock for the Exponential Age. As we shift time zones from the old analogue clock to a new digital timepiece, we can explore the Transformation Pathway that EVERY business travels as it moves through time and space. 

 

We travel through time to uncover:

  • What happened to time when we crossed the Digital Divide 
  • The 14 Stages of Transformation that EVERY Business moves through as it searches for growth

In this module we turn everything you think you know about human behaviour on its head.

This is where the rubber meets the road. Brands are where Business, Behaviour & Buyers connect, which means that they hold the key to light the path through a changing landscape.
